Spinia - Withdraw money
Dear Sir, Madam,
Yesterday I deposit 50 euro’s (no bonuses involved). After winning 1000 euros I withdrawed eventually 1000 euro’s. A few hours later I got an e-mail saying my withdrawal got canceled because of the wagering. I contacten support and that girl told me I had to wager my deposit three times (so 50 x 3 = 150 euro’s) I told the girl that since I wanted to withdrawal 1000 euro’s I did the requiering amount of wagering. The girl was also confused and told me she would let the financial department take a look at it and the chat was closed. Because I was really confused I contacted support again. This time another girl said in order to withdrawal I had to bet 96,5 euro’s for the wagering to be completed. I thought yes finally a solution and played a slot machine over 100 times with a bet of 1 euro. Then I withdrawed 1004,00 euro’s. A half hour later I got an e-mail saying my withdrawal got cancelled with the reason: ‘other’. Therefor I contacted support again with this whole story but I did not get an answer and the chat got closed. I have read all of the terms and conditions, there is really no reason at all for Spinia to not withdraw my winnings to my bank account. I looked Spinia up on the internet to see what Spinia was all about. I read A LOT of messages saying that Spinia was a scam. I hope this is not true! I have all the transcripts of the support chats. So I forfill every term and conditions but they still wont pay out and they cant tell me why.
