Spinstation - not paying out your funds
Okey - first of all.
1. Spinstation disables bank transfer withdrawl from their site (login and check for yourself). Took my money in an instant.
2. There are seriously not a SINGLE option when you click on withdrawl, this is the craziest ive ever seen.
3. After a lot of hussle emailing and in LIVE support they said the only way they can pay me if i sign up to some shady [EDIT] called LuxonPay.
4. Since i am dumb and want my money, i did sign up and sent them all the information they needed and after more stress with live support and mailing (6 days later?) it was approved by the "right apartment".
5. 14 days later - (10 days after transfer to LuxonPay was confirmed) i still dont have a single dime, no nothing. I sent an email for 5 days ago, which the chat again told me too, they said i would get an reply within 48 hours (been 5 days..). I contacted live support now again and they said they had no update on the matter.
6. When the withdrawl got approved to my LuxonPay account, they said it would take 1-10days. (been 14 days). Customer support says ewallet transactions are instant. I do no longer have any balance on spinstation, still zero options to withdraw and 0 NOK at my LuxonPay account.
Every time ive ask questions about something in support they want me to wait 20min, comeback tomorrow, send an email. Noone has any answers and i never get my funds. This site should not be allowed having a licenese.
