Mentioned the terms and condition that the weekly withdrawal limit is 5000 Euro (7500 cad) for ANY player. I initially requested 2 withdrawals which are $Cad6000 and $Cad1297.95. Got told by an inexperienced support named ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ that it is more than their limit. He insisted that 7500 cad is only for VIP player, gaslight and forced me to cancel the first 2 requests (I already waited 2 and a half days for those 2). My account was fully verified, they sent an email confirming that. After around a day, they rejected both of my withdrawal request ($Cad 4297.95 and 3000) saying I need to send a selfie holding my ID while I already submitted ID, proof of address, bank statements, payment method). They specifically demand the selfie is crystal clear with every thing in ID visible while they can see my elbow, shoulder and forearms. Its quite impossible to do it with a front camera. Anyway, they accept it, and told me to wait 24 hours. Now, its almost 40 hours, my 2 withdrawals still pending. All I got from support is horrendous reasons, started from financial department don't work weekends, and they have a heavy workload. Mind you, all and each of them answer the questions totally different. They are not sure what they are talking about. Since, you guys are the ADR of MGA, please proceed to investigate this poorly managed casino, they have a clear intention to withhold players money.
