Slot Hunter Casino - Closed account and withheld withdrawal
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am hereby submitting an official complaint against the online casino SlotHunter.
I played on the SlotHunter platform and, with a deposit of €150, I won a total of €118,000 (mainly while playing the game Shining Crown).
After I requested the withdrawal, it was delayed for more than six weeks. During this period, SlotHunter repeatedly requested additional documents, including bank statements from family members who had occasionally transferred money to me. In my view, this request is neither lawful nor appropriate.
Due to this prolonged delay and uncertainty, I continued playing, which reduced my winnings to €13,000.
Eventually, SlotHunter closed my account and paid out only €13,000.
I strongly believe that SlotHunter deliberately prevented the payout of my rightful winnings through this procedure. Therefore, I demand the full payment of my winnings amounting to €118,000.
