description of your claims:
Hey, I did an account on SlotWolf last night. I took the welcoming bonus and made a deposit. I won 1012,50 euros after I had recycled the bonus. I made a withdraw for 1012,50 euros. Today morning they e-mail me that I have used multiples accounts/iP addresses or devices and they are not going to pay my winnings for that reason. I have not done such things they are accusing me and I went to the chat to ask more about it and show me some proof because I have only played on one account, one device and one IP address. They refuse to give anything to proof their accusations. I feel like they are just trying to fool me and I am feeling really anguished and sad for the situation. I am a student so the 1012,50 euros is a big amount for me and It would change my life in a positive way. I am depressed and looking for answers, can you help me ?
