Slotwolf - account blocked and withdrawal refuse
Hello, on March 29, I played at Slotwolf casino, where I won 3000 euros. I requested 2000 euros for withdrawal on the same day and 1000 euros I wanted to leave for further games. Then I received an email, where the casino asked me to upload documents for verification to the website. Unfortunately, I could not upload the documents to the casino's website, since by that time my account had already been blocked, but I sent all the docs to the email. After that, the casino support asked me to send out a document confirming the source of wealth and a selfie with a passport. I sent it. Also the casino asked me to send a similar document for March, April, May. At that time I was working in Latvia and received money in cash. Therefore, I sent the casino the documents for those months, where it was shown that I received my salary in cash. After that, the casino requested the same documents for January and February. So, this is already a confirmation of income for the last six months.
It’s been 5 months already of this verification process and the casino still refuses to withdraw, it seems to me that they will request documents endlessly for each month.
Could you help me to deal with this situation?
