Slotwolf - not paying out
I won €8,500 from a €1000 deposit in which I received a €1000 bonus in SlotWolf Casino on the 15th of March 2022. I withdrew my funds and the withdrawal was canceled by SlotWolf and I was asked to send in a statement from my Skrill account from which I deposited, and I duly obliged. I was then asked to in send in an additional form of verification, a photo of myself holding my passport and a note reading ' HELLO SLOTWOLF 17/3/2022' whilst having one eye closed. I also duly obliged and sent in the photo. My withdrawal again was not processed. After this I was asked to do a video skype call but unfortunately during the waiting period for them to reply to me I had travelled to Spain and when I was in Spain I was wrongly arrested and put in Jail and only released couple of weeks ago, so unfortunately I could not do the video verification until last week.
So bearing in mind nearly a year had past since I played in Slotwolf casino is it any wonder I may not have answered all of the many questions they asked me absolutely correctly? As you can surely imagine I have been through a lot in the past year so all of the finer details of what I done to legitimately win in their casino are not still crystal clear in my head. They can obviously see me clearly on the Skype call and I had my passport next to my face. I answered all of their questions to the best of my recollection and as I said a year has passed since I played and won my money but I believe I answered all of the questions correctly but they have not told me why I failed the video verification.
