Withdrawal not sent to my bank even after a week now
Reason: Delayed payment
I withdraw two amounts but have been only credited back with one of it in roobet. I asked roober support team to show me the details of the both payment confirmation but they don't have it. It's been more than a week now. I have shared my bank statement with them too but of no use because they don't even care to reply properly to their customers. I want my money back to my bank or to the roobet balance.
