I deposited €15 on Roobet and shortly after, my account was locked without any clear explanation. I contacted support immediately and provided everything they asked for — my transaction ID, my government ID, and any other verification details.Instead of resolving the issue, they just kept asking for more and more steps. Every time I respond, they come back with another request. It feels completely unreasonable, especially considering this is over just €15.The lack of clear communication and the constant back-and-forth with support has been incredibly frustrating. I understand verification is important, but this process feels excessive and unnecessary for such a small amount.Very disappointing experience overall. I wouldn’t recommend based on how this was handled.
