The player from Tunisia was banned from the Roobet chat due to a previously banned account, but he was not informed about the details of that account. He had two verified accounts, one of which was still active, and was frustrated with the lack of transparency from support regarding the ban and the inability to contest the decision. We reviewed the case and confirmed that he had created more than one account, including one to change the referral code, which breached the casino’s rules against multiple accounts. As no balance remained on his account and the casino’s decision was supported by its terms, we were unable to challenge it and the complaint was rejected.
