Hello,I am filing a formal complaint against Rabona Casino regarding a delayed withdrawal of 200,000 HUF, requested on September 14, 2026, via Bank Transfer (Transaction has been pending for 9 days).My account was previously fully verified and approved, and I have already had a successful withdrawal before. This balance is 100% real money, no bonuses are involved.The casino is clearly using stalling tactics: my "Verification" tab suddenly changed back to "Verification required", but the page is completely blank, making it impossible to upload anything. I contacted live chat today regarding this issue, but the agent completely refused to help and simply told me to send an email to support—even though my previous emails to [email protected] have been completely ignored for days.I have strictly followed all terms and conditions, and this delay is completely unjustified. I kindly request AskGamblers to mediate and force the casino to process my withdrawal immediately.Thank you.
