Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support, he received unsatisfactory responses and his email was then blocked. We later confirmed that the withdrawal block was removed and the casino resumed processing his winnings in CHF 500 installments, so the complaint was marked as resolved because payouts were being made regularly again.
