I was deposited on 21th of August rs 500 and rs 300 and the deposit showed as pending.I Waited for a while.But it's also 15 hours now.And the status still shows pending.when I try to contact suppot and also they are not responding . Please refund my amount .

I am writing to complain about a withdrawal issue. My parimatch account 537142571 .I have been facing with Parimatch regarding my account in India. On 12 May 2026 my withdrawal of 40,000 Indian Rupees was approved for bank transfer, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account.Since that date, a period of about 3 months and 10 days has passed without any payment being received. I have contacted Parimatch customer support many times about this problem. In their last responses, they only stated that they are "working with your problem" but they have not provided any clear solution, time frame, or explanation for the delay. In the attached screenshots, there is a support ticket showing the 40,000 INR withdrawal and a separate withdrawal record dated 12 May 2026 via bank transfer with reference number 59085805023.I request that my approved withdrawal of 40,000 INR be immediately credited to my bank account or that I receive a clear and verifiable explanation along with a precise resolution date. I also expect written confirmation once the payment has been processed.

There is no support system. I share my experience with parimatch on this platform.they replied and ask to send a fresh mail to them but they replied with same frustrated system generated answers.They don't care about you and your problem.Please don't play. It's my personal experience.

My payment was successfully completed, but PariMatch marked the deposit as **“Declined.”**The money was deducted from my side, but it was never credited to my PariMatch wallet and I still have not received a refund.I have provided payment proof and transaction details to support **many times** and complained repeatedly, but there has been no proper resolution.This is an extremely frustrating experience.
