I couldn't draw out my winnings for the second time today.
I couldn't draw out my winnings. It said when trying to withdraw they had a technical fault. Showed the screenshot to the agent and they come up with the same excuse it takes a few days to go into your bank when normally straight away. When you go onto live chat they come across as blaming you, it could be you are not refreshing your page etc, meanwhile the company are earning so much money whilst holding your funds.I've taken all the screenshots of the conversation and taking the evidence to the gambling commission ....beware!
