Novibet - not paying winnings
Hello, i signed up to novibet about 6 weeks ago, verified my ID and address and deposited and lost £250. About 3 weeks ago they sent me an offer of £50 bonus if i deposited £50. I did this, and won £1050.55. They asked for bank statement, which i complied with, after that was accepted, pictures of my card. After that they asked for facial verification and for proof i own my own phone number, via a phone call. They then wasted my time by not ringing me at the agreed times, 3 times. They even claimed they had rang me and not got a response, which was simply untrue, i got no missed calls. Eventually, they did ring me and had me say my name, address and username. Now my account is under investigation.
From my perspective, it appears they were just asking for more and more things to delay my withdrawal, and after complying at each stage, they are now just refusing to pay. I would really appreciate help with having my money paid out.
