N1 - Funds Confiscated
Hi There,
On the 25th of August i made a deposit of €50 on N1 Casino with a 200posit which i got in Rosteih store,an afilliate from that casino.
I started to play with €150 and a wager of 50x to be completed.
After being playing for a while and getting a few small wins i went to play in Money train and got a win of €12575.00 on a €2.50bet.
After that win i increased the bet to €10 to complete the wager faster which i did easely.
After around 7 hours playing i went to cash out €14.500.00 and still left €2500 on the site to play in the future. Straight away i got the emails regarding my Withdraws requests and turn off the laptop.
The next day when i turned the laptop on i would only have €50 on my account!!
I contacted the support and they said , my funds were adjusted and i have exceeded the max bet on the bonus!! so they confiscated €16950.00.
They keep saying to me that i should pay more attention next time and follow the bonus requirement and also to read the terms and conditions on the website...
There is nothing regarding that bonus on the website and in the affiliate store the only conditions is a minimum deposit of €50 and a 50x wager requirement!!
Ive tried to sort this with them explaining it that there is no information regarding it on their website and i should be entitled to the money because nowhere say that the max bet on that deposit bonus is €5.
I even said that at least the big win on a €2.50 bet should be paid to me and they say the decision is final.
If the max bet is €5 on the bonus deposit , the bets should be capped the same way some machines are blocked and we are not allowed to play it if wagering.
I have all the screenshots from my account and from the live chat which i can provide if helps.
Can you guys help me with this situation?
