On 22 October 2020 I did a deposit of €300 and get an equal bonus. I played some live roulette and won an amount of money. Because games with a live dealer does not count for the wager you have to completed (says the Bonus Wagering Terms) so I decided to play game slots and completed the wager. In total I won €4.900 and tried to transfer it to my bankaccount in two transfers of €2.500 and €2.400. Then N1 send me an email that they cancelled them both because I did not followed the rules of the terms and only get my deposit back of €300. They said I exceeded the maximum bet of €5 which I did not with the slots where the wager was going. This is ridiculous.
I send them two emails but they did not respond. Only in the chat but they just say the same thing over and over again.
I think this is just a way to scam people who are happy to get a bonus. Because they only send a message afterwords when you think you have won some money and completed the wager. They just wait till you lose your money or win and than they cancel your withdrawal.
Any chance I can get this money back? I still have to receive €4.600.
