N1 — player complaint #63267, 2020-09-06: bonus terms
N1: a player complaint filed on 2020-09-06, about bonus terms, 2,000 USD in dispute, status — rejected. Published on CasinoReviews. One of 153 complaints filed in English about this operator. The text below is the player's own words, as published on the source site.
I got a promotion, 70% refund if I lost my deposit up to € 750, I deposited € 350, lost it and asked for a refund in chat and I got a € 235 bonus that I had to wager 10 times. ...
Then I went to the live casino and made some bets. The balance was around 900 euros. After a while, I successfully unscrewed it for 1460 euros. I played for another day and nothing happened until I bet on the withdrawal. Then they took everything from me.
I talked to the support, they told me that I had exceeded the bet, but the rules say that the live casino does not participate in wagering. To which the support replied that live dealers are prohibited in the bonus game. But there is not a word about this on the site, as well as notifications or blocked games.
A deposit of € 350 was taken away.
The casino does not get in touch, they are not going to return anything.
P.S. there are no rules for cashback on the site at all! I believe that they are cheating by not describing the rules for withdrawing money through cashback bonuses.
