N1 - Money confiscated
I was directed to you by the Malta Gaming Authority, because I asked first them to help me in my problem. So, my problrm is this : I registered on N1 Casino online, deposited and played. As some of the first deposits there were bonus ammounts involved. I have also read theyr FAQ and there it is only stated that the max BET is 5€ ... so I played accordingly and never went up higher the 2 during my hole duration of bonus play and even that was very brieflly, because I have played about 80 procent of the time of 1€ BET or less. I have won, then I have been verified and it was all okay, altho the response time was very bad and took a lot and no mail or some other type of message from them so I contacted theyr support via chat and they have then told me that my funds were confiscated ! All but the 36 euros that I have deposited ! So my bonus ammount was cleared at first and I have had to play an insane ammount of time in order to be able to use the funds and still at the end it was all confiscated ! The reason they presented it was that I have played over the limit allowed by them during the bonus play witch was the 5 euro max BET. I have told them that is not possible because I have read theyr FAQ and played very carefully and NEVER went over 2 euro bet not to mention the 5 they imposed ! Still they said then that I have purchased feature play as free games and that is considered a BET so because of that the funds are confiscated and thats that. I tryed to talk to a manager ... nothing ... they wouldnt put me thru ... they said the matter is decided and bye bye money and thats that, beeing even very rude about it ! I tryed to explain over and over again that the features that one can buy in a lot of games by the way these days are NOT the BET in the game is it states separatlly in any games ! The feature is depending on the BET you play so if you play on 10 cents it costs 10 euro, 40 cents is 40 euro, 1 euro BET is 100 euro and so on and as it is even if you buy the feature on the minimum BET of 10 cents witch this N1 Casino has the feature costs 10 euro witch is over the 5 euro BET they put in there ! So as it is any game that has the feture game buy in it is a trap put there in order to confiscate your money after ! This CAN NOT be fair and okay and I reallh hope that someone will help me allready with this injustice ! I have documented my self on the FAQ before I played and there is NOTHING there stating that the feature you buy in games are considered bets or that they are forbiden during the bonus play or even during the play no message or popup or notification nothing said that I couldnt do that !!! So as it is there is no reason to confiscate my funds ! The BET and Feature in any game that has them are shown separatlly very clearlly and the bet is the bet and the feature is what I opt in to buy in order to get freegames instantlly and not part of the bet per say ! I really hope that at least someone there CAN and WILL help me because I am just feeling robed and frustrated and wronged and since the Malta Gaming Authority didnt help me saying this case is not for them and so sending me to you ... I really hope that someone WILL see the injustice and care even for the little people because after all the masses of little people like me make this industty run ...
