hello
i was playing on N1 casino and after i won abaut 150k i wanted too cashout everything ... the thing is that they say that i used a bonus (at 80k balance) without my knowledge ... they sendet me my playing history from the past 2 weeks and i looked at myself ... and i found out that the bonus wins was 2801€ exactly but they say all fundations won wins will removed.
then i looked more in the play history and saw that i was after the bonus under 80k so i should not have any fundation wins ... but they dont want too help me and allways they say i will get nothing ... so i came too you and hope you can help me...
