Im having trouble with my account verification,and im not getting any,but really any help from the support agent,got the feeling im talking to a robot! When i registered my account i typed in my parents adress without thinking about it because if the current lockdown im staying over there i think thats why. I live in germany as stated on my uploaded documents and offcourse now i cant be verified and the support agent keeps telling me upload a document of that adress but i havent been living there for 7 years! I need this fixed please!
