N1 — player complaint #61483, 2022-02-04: bonus terms
N1: a player complaint filed on 2022-02-04, about bonus terms, 8,000 CAD in dispute, status — rejected. Published on CasinoReviews. One of 153 complaints filed in English about this operator. The text below is the player's own words, as published on the source site.
I had won $8,738 CAD on Money Train 2, which I then completed my wager and tried to withdraw $8,000. My deposit was $100 CAD and they gave me a bonus of $50 CAD.
They then denied my request and removed the entire balance from my account and told me that ""The maximum bet while wagering is 5 EUR/USD, 50 NOK, 7.5 CAD, 400 RUB or 20 PLN. The maximum bet limit (5 EUR) includes bets doubling after a game round has been completed and bonus rounds (purchased within the game)."
My max bet was $0.20 on the bonus game, if the term was that my TOTAL bet could not exceed $7.50 CAD, I would not have bought the bonus, but it CLEARLY states "Max Bet". A "max" bet and a "total" bet have different meanings, a $50 dollar max bet and a $50 total bet would have HUGE difference in end winnings amount.
A $0.20 cent "MAX" bet would be a $20 dollar "TOTAL" bet, a $50 dollar "MAX" bet would be a $5,000 "TOTAL" bet. I don't believe I have violated any terms or conditions, which is why I feel like I have been wrongfully denied my winnings.
