N1 Casino - Multiple withdrawing rejections with account already verified

Multiple Withdraw requests to my skrill account rejected in despite Identity verification is done and bank docs sent several times to Casino. Like a robot, every time I send a email to support asking for transfer, every support guy ask for the same docs already submitted. Additionally, they are asking for IBAN code and in my country outside EU there is no IBAN code, but SWIFT (already informed). Only need the transfer is made.
