MrJames - Withdrawal denied
I have played at MrJames for a few years now and despite the lengthy withdrawal process I have always been paid out eventually. On this occasion a couple of weeks ago I deposited 120 euros. I don't take any bonuses ever. I play 2 games, book of sun choice and book of sun multichance. Both games have a max bet of 30 euros. The casino has a rule that you cannot bet more than or equal to 30 percent of the initial deposit which is why I deposit 120 euros. This allows me to be the max 30 euros per spin if I wish. After playing a few hours I won 3000 euros which is the max cash out. I have cashed out this amount a few times. My withdrawal was denied as they said I bet more than 30 percent of my deposit, which like I said is impossible as the max bet is 30 euros on the games. When I checked my game history I noticed that it listed that I had bet 90 euros a spin, 180 euros and 225 euros a spin???. What I found is that the casino (or the software) which records each soon has added multiple spins together to give the illusion of a bigger bet. For example, I was betting roughly 2.50 euros every 3 or 4 seconds but then it says I span 90 euros approx 2 minutes later. When in fact they have added 36 spins of 2.50 euros together. Unfortunately it looks like the casino is resorting to this scam now to stop paying. I have screen shots of all the alleged (impossible) big bets if that helps. I am gutted and hopeful you can help.
