  Hello, it's MrJames Casino. I applied for my winnings (5000, -Euros) to be paid out on February 15, 2021. The withdrawal request with the reference number 7595982 was confirmed to me. I then waited several days and then asked. I got no answer, after several emails I got the following answer on February 26th: Hello [EDIT], Sorry for the delay, but you know very well how it works now. We cannot answer all of your emails. You have to wait and that's it. We will do our best and will keep you updated once this is done. It's not your first payout. You know how it works ... Since then I have asked again and again and have not received an answer. The withdrawal process has still not been processed. It was not played with a bonus, nor is there any other reason not to pay out. My account is verified and all of my details are stored there. I ask very much for your help. Sincerely,  

  I have played at MrJames for a few years now and despite the lengthy withdrawal process I have always been paid out eventually. On this occasion a couple of weeks ago I deposited 120 euros. I don't take any bonuses ever. I play 2 games, book of sun choice and book of sun multichance. Both games have a max bet of 30 euros. The casino has a rule that you cannot bet more than or equal to 30 percent of the initial deposit which is why I deposit 120 euros. This allows me to be the max 30 euros per spin if I wish. After playing a few hours I won 3000 euros which is the max cash out. I have cashed out this amount a few times. My withdrawal was denied as they said I bet more than 30 percent of my deposit, which like I said is impossible as the max bet is 30 euros on the games. When I checked my game history I noticed that it listed that I had bet 90 euros a spin, 180 euros and 225 euros a spin???. What I found is that the casino (or the software) which records each soon has added multiple spins together to give the illusion of a bigger bet. For example, I was betting roughly 2.50 euros every 3 or 4 seconds but then it says I span 90 euros approx 2 minutes later. When in fact they have added 36 spins of 2.50 euros together. Unfortunately it looks like the casino is resorting to this scam now to stop paying. I have screen shots of all the alleged (impossible) big bets if that helps. I am gutted and hopeful you can help.  

I won €1000 and submitted a withdrawal on the 26/2/21 acknowledged by casino.It’s still not been processed, I’ve been a player of casino for a couple of yrs, never an issue, now there’s no replies to emails or support, normally withdrawals are done in 5 working days.

A week ago I played on Mr James Casino site I deposited 400 eur or so and then had a nice win making my balance 700 euro. At no time did I use any bonuses just straight cash from my bank. I submitted a withdrawal request and then went through several days of pain getting them to agree that the documents were acceptable. They then said: Please note that according to the Terms and Conditions of the bonus that was credited to your account, there is a max-winning restriction that you should comply with when requesting a withdrawal. Therefore, we have processed the amount of 150.00 EUR to the method you have chosen and the rest was voided.

The casino refuse my withdraw because they told I make illegal bets in a slot machine!! I never do nothing like that, they are really a very untrusting casino...they call you all time to give you small bonus(I never play with bonus) and after they find some amazing excuses to not pay you!! Run from this casino is the worst casino I ever play

I deposited €100 using a bonus, which obviously means my winnings were limited.. however as a VIP player that is 20x deposit. I actually Initially won €9891.64 and processed that withdrawal on 05/09/20, I spoke to the casino over the phone on at least 2 occasions and via chat many times over a period of about 3 weeks. I then had my debit card compromised and so I went back to the casino and made a small deposit (without) bonus) to register the new card, played Through a little and then ended up with €9916.64. So I processed the Final withdrawal on 25/09/20. Then on 05/10/20, following yet another chat chase up, I received a phone call confirming that this amount was to be amended to €2000 (my maximum allowable withdrawal) and that my payment would be processed straight away. I have followed up via chat on at least 3 occasions since then, to no avail. Can you help at all?

withdrew the 490 euros on 23/8/20 and still have not been paid. Despite numerous calls to chat line (who tell me it will be paid 'soon') and emails to the finance department and to compliance @curacao-egaming.com they do not answer

Ask for all my details like 2 weeks ago and IBAN code which sent but keep saying not recieved and ur be paid tomorrow fed up of the lies and bullsh#t

Made a withdrawal on the 13/5/2020 was told 4 to 5 days have chased and emailed still not paid 14 days later

Hi I deposited a total of €600 on the 08/02/20 (€200, €170 and €230. On my last deposit I won €3,000. I was told over the live chat that do not worry the funds will be sent over soon, as I am a VIP player within 3-5 days. I was assured of this. I have had issues in the past where they have failed to pay me on time and I have lost my money that was in pending. I have deposited many times but only once have they paid me out €1000. Today a guy named [EDIT] gave me a call saying as I had a bet over a 30%, they will not be paying me out. I have always bet over the 30% limit, and so has a friend of mine, and they have paid out in the past. I feel sick to the stomach and feel like they are stealing peoples money that they win on the site and not paying back. Is there any legal course of action that can be taken here? [EDIT] I won €400 and was waiting a week only to hear the same old crap from the online support, yes we will send a request to the finance team or sorry we are a bit behind today ?‍♂️ this was told to me every time I asked about it being processed as it was still pending even though my account was verified! They are so dodgy it's unbelievable! STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON ANY SITE LIKE THIS

I deposited and played through my bonus and wagering. From this I had around 850 left. I contacted support and they said I could withdraw 600. Which I did on the 1st of Jan. They said 6 working days for withdrawals. It's now the 7th working day. Documents are already verified from a previous withdrawal that i received. Support have been no help as usual. And I've had no emails back from the finance team. Yes I'm aware they are blacklisted etc.

I have had a gambling problem for a few years and registered on Gamstop. I had a relapse a few months ago and joined Mr James Casino. They have bombarded me with emails and cashback offers. I have deposited several thousand pounds with no withdrawals. I believe their games are rigged and I have repeatedly asked them to self exclude me to which they have said i need to email them and in the meantime here is some free cash to ay with. I emailed them and they said my account has to be inactive for 30 days to comply...in the meantime they bombarded me with emails and offers. I do not think this is fair and I want to ask for a partial refund of the money they basically stole from me as the games never pay out and i was unable to self exclude. I would also like immediate self exclude and for them to stop emailing me.

I played and lost 4,000 € when they told me I had gone against betting rules re bonus . I played completed my wager requirements and won 1000€ withdrew on 1/10/19 they delayed saying I had again breached bonus but I fought they approved my withdrawal on the 22/10 but funds still haven’t arrived. I have a serious gambling addiction and suffer mental health problems i excluded in june and was allowed to reopen my account even when I asked the site never to let me back as I am a addict they opened my account again after the site rang me and left a voice mail inviting be back even when I asked them not to. Only played the site a couple of times. Won €1700. Tried to withdraw and was told I had exceeded the 30% rule. I was given my deposit back although it has not appeared in my bank account. I did not exceed the rule and was careful not to. When I tried to take a screen shot of the game history as proof it was blank. I have disputed this and have not got a response. I am in the UK and was accepted to play. This site has no intention of paying me and I feel strongly about this.
