Mrplay locked me out of my account because they said I had spent too much despite not setting limits, I requested to withdraw my funds and close my account on the 19/05/2020, since this date I have used there live chat regularly to provide all documentation they asked for and check on the withdrawal. They have been dragging this process out for weeks and told me they are escalating it every time to no results. I asked them to tell me who they’re ADR is and they refused to give me that Information. I have logged all of the chats and recorded them.
