I followed Melbet's public instructions and reached out to their Payment Department as requested. Unfortunately, instead of reviewing the evidence, my case was immediately rejected with the explanation that it was 'older than six months.' I respectfully disagree with that finding, as I reported the issue and began communicating with Melbet well before that period expired. I have emails, support chats, screen recordings, and transaction records documenting my repeated attempts to resolve this matter. My case concerns an 800 JOD withdrawal, transaction N340055391, dated 31 March 2025. I simply ask for a proper review of the evidence and a clear explanation of what happened to my funds. I'm not asking anyone to accept my claims without evidence. I am willing to provide the complete documentation to any appropriate authority. If anyone has experienced something similar with Melbet or knows the correct regulatory body or dispute resolution process, I'd be grateful for your advice. I am still requesting a fair investigation based on the evidence, not a rejection without reviewing the documented timeline.
