A 7+ Year Customer — But My Recent Experience with MelBet Is Extremely DisappointingI have been a customer of MelBet for more than 7 years. Over the years, I have faced a few minor issues, but nothing as serious or frustrating as what I have experienced recently.On 21 August 2026, I requested a withdrawal. MelBet kept the withdrawal pending for 48 hours and then instructed me to open a payment query. I followed their instructions and submitted the query, but surprisingly, I was kept waiting for another 2+ days without any meaningful resolution.During this entire period, I contacted customer support several times, but I did not receive a satisfactory explanation. More importantly, I felt that I was not being treated with the level of care and attention that a long-term customer should reasonably expect.Finally, on the 5th day, the withdrawal amount was simply refunded back to my gaming account. When I asked why I had been kept waiting for so long and what had caused the problem, I was not given any satisfactory explanation.And now there is another issue.For the last two days, I have been unable to make a withdrawal in BDT because the withdrawal options have been disabled. I previously deposited using Nagad Quick, but that method is no longer available to me for withdrawal.I politely asked MelBet to provide me with an alternative withdrawal method, but so far they have not provided a workable solution or properly addressed my request.My question is simple:MelBet is an international betting platform with millions of customers. If the quality of customer service falls to this level, who are customers supposed to rely on when they face a payment problem?I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for a basic level of transparency, communication and customer care.After being a customer for 7+ years, I genuinely want to know: Is there actually going to be a proper solution to this, or is “please wait” now the only customer service MelBet can provide?Update:I Always Had Faith in MelBetI have always had faith in MelBet. Otherwise, I could never have continued with them for more than 7 years.Over the past few days, I was experiencing withdrawal issues, but today MelBet has resolved the problem. Fortunately, their BDT transactions are now being processed as quickly as they were before.They have reopened the Nagad Quick withdrawal option, and my withdrawal was successfully processed and paid within 20 minutes.I would like to thank the MelBet authorities and everyone involved for resolving the issue and restoring the withdrawal service.I hope the same level of efficiency and customer support continues in the future.Thank you, MelBet.
