Kudos - Falsely accused of multiple accounts

I had a payout declined from this casino due to "their records showing I have multiple accounts". This is completely false. I only have one account on this website, I was successfully verified after an extremely long process. They were happy to have me register, verify and deposit but as soon as I try withdraw they falsely accuse me of multiple accounts.
