On 18 sep I try to withdraw my winning of 20k then I received an email said I'm using 3 party skrill account so I reply them that was my Skrill account which linked with two email address only , two hours later they said they have to confiscate my balance because I used my wife skrill account before but this is an accident which happened on 26/7 this year and I do apologise and explain it was an accident on 4/8 plus I didn't use my wifes account anymore after 26/7 all the date that they trying to prove I'm using my wife's account I got prove that was from my own account but they said This is the final decision of our security department and cannot be reviewed , I'm so upset with this , I really need some help with this , last thing i have to ask was the king billy casino I play was on Curacao license , if the pogg can help me is there anything I can do to claim my winning ?
