King Billy - not paying winnings

i made acount in 23.7.2020. i played there and i had problems to get welcome bonuses so i just played without bonuses. i wagered my money x2 and withdrawal my moneys 311 eur. they refuse paying my winnings with no reason and i have not broke any rules. i cant log in because my account is disabled. :(
