I won 2497 € from Kingbillycasino on january 22.
I played 3 welcome bonuses and won with the third one. Kingbillycasino asked me many documents and I sent all my Id cards, proof of address, many bank statements and even selfie with my ID...
After all these and many months they told me I need to come video call with them to Skype or something? I was very impressed. Im old woman and I dont use any Skypes or social medias. I dont even have a camera so thats not possible.
I havent did anything wrong and I have proof my identifity many times to the casino but they doesnt pay my withdrawal.. I had been told you could maybe help me?
