I have submitted to King Billy twice all the documentation they have asked for. They are not accepting my bank statement, even though all other casinos have accepted it. I cannot dictate to my bank the format in which they use. King Billy is refusing to send me a large win of $500.00 I believe this is a scam to to withhod winnings. They do not respond in a timely manner and do not answer direct questions. All other casinos accept my bank statement. Please help me resolve. Thanks.
