Ice36 - Problem with withdraw
I'm having trouble withdrawing funds. A few hours after my requested withdrawal, I received an email saying it was declined due to a verification request. I immediately responded to the email by attaching the requested documents and my bank account details. However, I decided to attach these documents directly to the site. After a few hours I received an email saying they were approved and my account was verified. After the withdrawal was refused, the money was not returned to my account. That's when my suspicions of fraud began. I've played in other casinos and always had the money returned to my account if I failed to withdraw.Since then I have sent them 3 emails saying that my profile has been verified and that I have sent them all the details, and where is the problem now? Requesting them to do the withdrawal of £700,.. but I have no response. whatsoever.Apparently the problem is that I have deposited 350 and I want to withdraw 700.. I can't believe there are such scammers in the 21st century, and licensed in the UK. I have all the proofs, emails and screenshots, if needed I will attach them.
