Ice36— player complaints: 5 in English

I'm having trouble withdrawing funds. A few hours after my requested withdrawal, I received an email saying it was declined due to a verification request. I immediately responded to the email by attaching the requested documents and my bank account details. However, I decided to attach these documents directly to the site. After a few hours I received an email saying they were approved and my account was verified. After the withdrawal was refused, the money was not returned to my account. That's when my suspicions of fraud began. I've played in other casinos and always had the money returned to my account if I failed to withdraw.Since then I have sent them 3 emails saying that my profile has been verified and that I have sent them all the details, and where is the problem now? Requesting them to do the withdrawal of £700,.. but I have no response. whatsoever.Apparently the problem is that I have deposited 350 and I want to withdraw 700.. I can't believe there are such scammers in the 21st century, and licensed in the UK. I have all the proofs, emails and screenshots, if needed I will attach them.

Made a deposit of £30, played for a while then withdrew £70. Next day deposited total of £100, played for a while and then tried to withdraw £140, asked for proof of ID which i uploaded and they said would be processed in 12 hours if not to contact them. However after 12 hours i hadn’t heard anything so attempted to contact them through live chat and after three days still haven’t received a response. I also sent an email to them, but it keeps getting returned. So now i’m unable to contact them and not sure what to do now? Thanks

I lodged money with ice 36 and played a while. They asked for verification and I forwarded it. The system then logged me out. I can't log back in and I've emailed this company everyday since. They don't reply. So as it stands I can't access my account or support to find out why. The issue is going on about a week. It's incredible that they do not reply to emails. I can't log in to withdraw money if I so desired. I've no idea what happened with the verification.

I opened account with ice365 on Friday evening, they never asked me for verification documents before I deposited in the space of 1 hour they allowed 22 deposit transactions totalling £2573.00 I had no idea how much it was getting upto I didn't think for second anyone could be allowed to do that without one piece of identity documents being provided, then 3 days ago I tried to withdraw my last £50 and they wouldn't allow it demanded I sent documents which I did do still no refund I hope it isnt legal they allowed all them deposits without verification.

Today i registered with a casino called Ice36 , assumed its all above board as its from UK and that , deposited £20..then £80 .....played some games then im kicked from website and cant get back in , emailed customer support few times , nothing......... i think the problem is that is accepts Great British players but im from Northern Ireland therefore am not from Great Britain??? Obviously this is a misunderstanding or i wouldn't have registered I had £120 in account at time of being booted out and was just wondering would i lose my £100 Any help appreciated
