Missing neteller withdrawal
Reason: Delayed payment
I made a deposit at this casino a few days ago and even won a little. I then requested a withdrawal of 70 EUR, and the withdrawal was marked as “confirmed.” However, I never received the funds in my Neteller account. Customer support keeps saying that the relevant department is handling it, but nothing has happened for a week. I think that’s a real shame, because the casino made a good impression overall.

schmiwern • 8 reviews 1 day ago Dear Askgamblers I have not received any payment from this casino to date. The casino is not very cooperative and does not seem interested in resolving this issue. I even contacted the casino’s payment provider, Spoynt, directly, but never received a response. According to Neteller, the transactions cannot be tracked there, so the money is apparently stuck in the system of the casino’s payment provider, Spoynt, if it was actually sent. I sent the casino a PDF with the complete transaction history from Neteller but never received a response. The casino is doing nothing to resolve the issue.

schmiwern • 8 reviews 5 days ago I have sent FortuneJack’s support team the complete transaction history of all payment transactions from my Neteller account, covering the period from October 1, 2026, to today (October 19, 2026). It is clearly evident from this that I have not received the payments from FortuneJack. I’m not getting anywhere with FortuneJack’s support team either—it’s always the same excuses, and tickets are simply closed. All of this over an absurdly small amount totaling 71 EUR. I’ve never experienced anything like this in 22 years. This isn’t even about the money—it’s about the principle. If they’re pulling this kind of stunt over 71 EUR, what would happen with a 500 EUR payout, or 5,000 EUR, or 50,000 EUR? I’ve now contacted Neteller again and sent them the screenshots from FortuneJack—that’s all I can do.

I've attached a screenshot of my transaction history from October 4; there you can see that no payments have been received. I also received the following email from FortuneJack support today: "Hello I would like to inform you that your withdrawal of 22.50 EUR should have been credited by now. If you have not received the funds yet, please send us a receipt or invoice. Thank you FJ" I have not received any payment.
