Nightmare in withdrawing - very easy in depositing funds

I just recently won a small amount in Fortune Jack, verified the KYC and it feels like they are doing some added security review. I did ask the live support prior to winning if there's a KYC and was advised that if only asked as I want to complete the KYC prior to playing. I played on different site and now it scares me that I will not get my deposit because of this (saw all negative reviews online). I sent a follow up with customer support and there's no ETA on processing this and a very negative experience overall. They are telling me that it will be reviewed tomorrow! They took so fast in getting a deposit now it is so painful to withdraw anything from them. Very poor experience from FortuneJack
