DuxCasino— player complaints: 43 in English

Dux casino has a monthly VIP program which contains 30 levels in total. Every levels contains a prize. They also have a lottery promo where players can win CP ( comp points ) simply by making a deposit. Today I was one of the lucky winner of this lottery. I won 250 CP which boosted my level status from 1 to 6 but the prizes from level 2 through 5 are skipped. They only added the prize of level 6. I asked live chat about this and they said 'unfortunately that's how the promo works' was their answer. How can you lose by winning from the lottery? That really does not add up. Some of the prizes I really like to win/achieve, like the deposit bonus offers and bonus money. I think the prizes of all the levels should be avaliable wether the CP is earned by playing or won from a lottery. The prizes are there not for nothing. I mean, what if I was playing to get to a certain level and suddenly I won great amount of CP and it boosted my level up from 4 to 7 and my goal was to achieve level 5 prize? I could not find nowhere on their website indicates the rules of the lottery.

I've sent them over 15 documents in order to verify my account and process my withdrawal yet they're now asking for a Decmber payslip after I've already sent them a payslip from January and February on top of loads of other stuff like selfies holding my ID. They have no intention of every paying me my withdrawal.

Hello, I recently registered at the duxcasino and deposited almost €2350 there. From one day to the next, my account was blocked on the grounds that I have gambling problems and had my account blocked by another provider with the N1 license and was therefore automatically blocked here, but the thing is that I was still able to deposit €2350 and only after gambling the money my account was blocked with this reason, which means they accepted the money and then blocked my account, I don't think that's right because in every other N1 casino you are directly informed that you can't make any deposits due to the self-blocking can do. I made my first deposit 100€ at duxcasino and took the 100% welcome Bonus. After playing and wagering, my balance was 1700€ and I tried to verificate my account to make a payout. I tried to upload the necessary documents with my Iphone, but uploading the Adress-Verification, was not possible. So I sign in with the phone of my friend, who has also a Duxcasino Account. Because of the same IP-Adress in this moment, Duxcasino told us, that we both have to verify Our Accounts to make sure there is no violation against the T&C. The next day, my account was completly verified and they told me to make a payout I have to deposit at least to more times. So I made two more small payments. Days and days were going and duxcasino told my friend everyday to upload other documents. One of this days I played again and my balance was 3200€. At wednesday the 14.07.2021 I became an email from duxcasino, that i violated the T&C because of the linked Account from my friend wo used the same IP-Adress and they cancell 1700€ from my balance and told me that I must withdraw the rest of the balance (1500€). Since yesterday, after chatting with the Support the 100th time, my friend became verified and the payout was processed. Today I got the 1500€ on my Bank Account but they cancelled 1700€ from my Balance and blocked my Duxcasino Account. Just beacuse I tried to upload my documents from my friends mobile device..? And why they cancel 1700 and not the hole balance when I "violated" the T&C? I know it sounds like a joke but this its the truth. I want the 1700€. I won it. If I lose, nobody gives me a half balance back but if I win they take more than the half? It sounds like scam for me... please help me...

The Casino which offers a annonymous deposit method through neosurf is saying that i have to proof a ownership of these pins but they told me that the next day and since i have bought them offline in a store. I have threw the receipts away so there is nothing much i can do. Hello, I deposited 150 € in duxcasino and wagered the bonus and won 4400€.I did not break any rules of the casino. Since the daily maximum withdrawal is 2500 €, I made a withdrawal of 2500 € and a seperate one of 1900 €. They paid the 2500 € but canceled the second withdrawal since the daily maximum is 1900 €. Now they have closed my account due to "bonus abuse" and I can't login to my account to withdraw the leftover of 1900 €. They ask me for verification in latin character documents, which I dont have because I live in Greece. I had 1 hour of conversation in chat and I managed to get some documents accepted. Now they need proof of residence, and I only have my Credit Card statement (not the card i deposited with) which I sent to them as a screenshot, and they dont accept it because it's altered (I redacted the 8 middle digits of the card) or they need my tax declaration which also has personal data. I have the chat transcript sent to my email. P.S. (almost 2 hours later) I found another document stating my address (in Greek) and they asked me for a video of me showing my face and the documents!!!(which i did too). This process is insane. Hi! I played dux casinos welcome bonuses at 18.10.2020.I played the first welcome bonus (100€ deposit + 100€ bonus). I lost it. Then was my second deposit with second welcome bonus (100€ deposit+55€ bonus). I succeeded the wager and I have not misused the bonus terms and conditions. Until I sent all necessary documents so the dux casino informed me that "you have misused the bonuses and your winnings are confiscated". I played allowable games with allowable bets and wagered the bonus. Then I had 2302€ on real balance after wager and later dux casino refused to pay my winnings.

I went to their live chat to ask reason for this and they said i'm bonus abusing, even i have no idea what that means. I'm pretty sure i didn't break any of their rules. Hello, I made my first deposit of 51€ on Duxcasino. After playing for a few hours I wanted to withdraw my winnings of 1130.06€ My withdrawal was declined because I had to verify my account first. So I uploaded my documents and they were all accepted except my ID. They wanted a photo instead of a scan. Then they declined the photo aswell and wanted another one on a different background. I tried to upload the new photo and was kicked out of my account. Couldn't log in anymore. Asked the chat support what the problem is, they said I closed an account in one of the casinos in their group. However according to N1 Interactive Ltd I didn't breach any terms, in another case the casino group made this statement on a forum (askgamblers) in July 2020: "According to the information provided to N1 Casino, you have independently installed in your account self-exclusion at Spinia Casino on June 2. In this case, the limit does not apply to other projects licensed by N1 Interactive. As soon as you have notified the casino of gamblings problems(June 30), your account was blocked. We would like to mention when a player puts a self-exclusion without any signs of gambling problems, a self-exclusion period sets up just for one project where it was initiated, not for all casinos under the same license."
