Cool Cat - Casino won't pay the $16,250 they owe me
On March 17th of 2016, I won a sizeable jackpot and after stupidly giving a lot of it back, the casino owes me $16,250 of which I have not received a dime. It's been 2 months today and each time I contact them, I get one excuse after another as to why it has not been paid to me yet. I have plenty of documentation, screen shots, chat screens, e-mails, etc. They also say that once I get the first payment (they have it broken down into payments of $1,250) that I will receive a payment every 10 days. I find this hard to believe when I can't even get the first payment from them. I've been playing with this group for many years and have received small payouts in the past, but just can't seem to get them to part with this money, which is rightfully mine.
