Cool Cat - Denied withdrawal

I've tried to withdraw 2 times and Cool cat casino has denied both. First one was $470.00. second was $700.00. after each denial I played and now the withdrawal is $1000.00. Cool cat casino has not denied this one as of yet. I'm contacting you just in case of a denial.
