Been a month and still waiting for the reimbursement of my funds!
I made a bad review already a few weeks ago in regard to my account being temporarily paused an unable for me to access my account and when reaching out to casumo live chat on the 28.08.26 asking mt account be closed and my funds reimbursed to me it’s going to be a month tomorrow and I am yet still waiting for my funds returned! I contact live chat everyday sometimes 2x a day trying to see what’s going on as I don’t even get a courtesy email from Casumo updating me on the delay! Absolutely diabolical, so unprofessional and quite frankly converting concerning casumo is slacking so much! Makes you wonder!! Once I receive mt funds a further complaint will be issued alongside doccumented evidence of the lack of service provided!
