On it gets betterCPI-7752 - complaint reference before you tell me to email again with trust pilot! You can see my complaint,Gets onto the live chat this morning and they finally go through with the withdrawal then after checking which bank it was sent too, they decided to put a digit wrong in the account and a digit wrong in the sort code so haven’t sent the money to any account just another tactic of stalling the money!!! It’s a disgrace, first of all tried to blame me saying it’s what I sent in, then confirm actually they don’t have any documents with the details they sent it too and they have put the details in wrong, oh but I have to wait again and be put as priority again!! Which is a load of lies for someone to look into it, absolute cowboys!! I’ve waited 9 days for a withdrawal and then they’ve put the details in wrong so god knows how long I’m waiting now, My friend works for the gamilbing commission I’ve sent all my chats and screenshots to them to make a claim!! They cannot be getting away with this!!
