been 9 days waiting on withdrawl, they say you need to verify to bet but don't verify you and ask you to do it after when you want to withdrawl. they rejected my first document eventhough it said I could use a bank card to verify, then they accepted bank statements after a long wait. they are not sending verify phone number texts so its impossible to verify which I think is there excuse for not releasing funds, they have no one on live chat which is very convenient.
