I’m currently very disappointed with my experience with Casumo.I requested a large withdrawal and was subsequently asked to provide Source of Funds documentation. I provided everything requested at 14:09 on Saturday and I’m still waiting for an update regarding the review and my withdrawal.What makes this more frustrating is that the Casumo app states that the verification process should take “a few hours maximum”. I completely understand that appropriate checks need to be carried out, particularly on a larger withdrawal, but the lack of communication and the difference between the stated timeframe and the actual experience is disappointing.I have provided everything requested promptly and am simply waiting for confirmation that my documents have been reviewed and that my withdrawal will be processed. I have also contact via live chat and support email but not heard back. I’ll update this review once the situation is resolved.
