No resolution to my issue. It seems that support ask you to email them for the team to only ignore you time and time again. Getting told different things about why I cant have my withdrawals, either they are waiting to deal with my complaint or they are processing payments and it is not working. Spoke with Lara (who geniunely sounded like she was AI) to inform me I have to wait 8 weeks for my money to be paid to me.... What a joke of a company. Complaint reference CAS-I1BCH2Disgraceful
