I have been a member over a year never had an issue like this 2 days ago I deposited £999 twice total of £1998 and immediately money was taken off my bank I was logged off the site. I then get this message when I try to log In “ We've paused your account for security reasons. Contact us and we'll get it up and running again.” I have contacted the live agent multiple times all they say is they’ve reported it I have to wait for the relevant team .
