I like Casumo, but for the past week my account has been locked! They have told me that they are carrying out “security checks” which seems like rubbish to me, what security checks take more than a week considering I’ve been a punter for 6 months. I’ve even got to the point where I’ve asked them to withdraw my funds in the account. Still nothing, this is where Casumo lets itself down. So frustrated with this process, shouldn’t be that hard!
