Casino with holding withdrawal

15/10/26. I played online casinia casino. I wagered the correct amount and then tried to withdraw $2000nzd via visa debit.After 5 days (including weekend), they declined my withdrawal and the money bounced back into my casinia account. When I messaged their online support, they said it was declined by my bank. I spoke with my bank on phone and they have no idea there was any transaction.I messaged the online support team again and they recommended I withdraw using bank transfer. So I tried. But again, unsuccessful. I completed all the fields correctly as I checked and double checked and tripple checked everything but the 'confirm' button would not light up so I was unable to process my withdrawal.Casinia say I may have incorrect information, I cannot see how this can be, am the only details they require is bank account number, bank name, BIC. To date (19/10/26) casinia claim it is my banks fault the withdrawal to my visa debit was declined and apparently it is my fault the bank transfer is not going through - as they are claiming I am inserting incorrect information, which is untrue. I have proof of all the failed withdrawals and my conversations with their support team (which are robotic responses) Please help me.
