I can admit they do pay out but they also are rigged and prey on people and have very low rtp. In general casino owners deserve to rot in whatever hell is available

Anyone who rated this site with more than 2 stars must be rich or lit. This site stole $4k from me and only gave me $100 of it, dont even ask, they made up a bunch of rules that came out of their behind and thrown into your face like feces, dont eat them, you should dump your feces on the website and ignore it. Sign up for a new email address to get free 20 free spins and after that do not ever deposit any money to the entity. You're feeding satan and god will not be happy with that. Withdrawal process was delayed, support gave incorrect information, and I lost trust in BitStarz
I want to share my experience with BitStarz to warn other players to be very careful, especially when it comes to withdrawals. On May 28, 2026, I requested a withdrawal of €1000. Instead of receiving a smooth payout, the withdrawal became delayed and unclear. Since I needed the money urgently, I contacted BitStarz support and asked if I could cancel the withdrawal and use a faster crypto withdrawal method instead.A support agent told me in writing that the cancel button in my account would not work, even though the button was still visible on my side. I relied on this information. The next day, on May 29, 2026, I used that exact same cancel button successfully. This proved that the information I had been given by support was incorrect. After that, I submitted a new withdrawal. Another support agent then told me that the funds were now in a manual payment process and that bank transfer was the only option, with a possible waiting time of 1 to 10 banking days. However, my account still showed the withdrawal as Pending, and the cancel button was still active.I have screenshots showing:1. The withdrawal was still marked as Pending.2. The Cancel button was active and available.3. Previous cancellations had already been completed successfully.Because of the delays, the confusing instructions, and the incorrect information from support, I was unable to withdraw the full €1000 when I intended to. During this process, my balance was reduced by €400.In my opinion, this is not how a serious casino should handle withdrawals. A player should be given clear, accurate information and should not be placed in a situation where the withdrawal process becomes unnecessarily confusing or delayed.I am now filing a formal complaint and have saved all screenshots and written communication. My advice to other players is simple:Be extremely careful. Take screenshots of everything. Save all emails and chat messages. Do not rely only on what support tells you if it contradicts what you can see in your own account. For me, this experience destroyed my trust in BitStarz. The withdrawal process felt unnecessarily difficult, the support information did not match reality, and I ended up losing part of the money I originally tried to withdraw.

BitStarz allowed deposit and play, but refused to pay winnings
BitStarz allowed me to register, deposit money, and fully play through their platform without any warnings or restrictions. However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings ($250), they suddenly claimed I was not eligible due to “linked accounts” via IP/device.They accepted my deposit and allowed gameplay, but only applied restrictions after I won. This feels unfair and misleading. They only refunded part of my deposit and kept the winnings.Be careful — the platform may let you play but refuse to pay later. tg @thclegacy my bitstarz username deskiwop

WARNING
WARNING: BitStarz is a confiscation enginethey stole $28,000 from meI’m writing this because I don’t want anyone else to go through what I’m currently dealing with. I recently hit a $28,000 win on BitStarz. I’d met all the wagering requirements, my account was verified, everything was completely by the book. But the second I requested the withdrawal, they locked my account.Their excuse? Some "Max Bet" rule they decided to apply retroactively just to justify seizing my money. The craziest part is that their own support team admitted to me in writing that there was no fraud involved. They aren’t accusing me of cheating; they’re just using fine print as a weapon to keep my winnings.Basically, if you lose, they’re happy to take your deposit. But if you actually win big, they’ll dig through the rules to find any excuse to keep your cash. That’s not a casino; that’s a total scam.I’ve already started reporting them to the Curaçao gaming authorities and their payment processors. Don’t waste your time or your money here. If you manage to get a big win, just know they’re going to do everything in their power to make sure you never see a dime of it. I’m done with BitStarz, and I’m going to make sure people know exactly how they operate"I am responding to BitStarz’s pathetic attempt to justify their actions.Your claim that I closed my previous account due to a 'missing bonus' is a total fabrication. My first account was closed for personal reasons unrelated to your promotions, and I never requested any bonus upon re-registering.Your business model is transparent:You happily accept deposits when players lose. The moment a player hits a significant win ($28,000 in my case), you suddenly invent 'bonus abuse' to justify theft. This is a double standard. You accept player losses without question, but you weaponize your terms and conditions to criminalize wins. You are not a casino; you are a confiscation engine.Let this be clear: this is my 4th review, and I have no intention of stopping. I will continue to post this every single day until my $28,000 is paid in full. I am also exposing your predatory practices across social media so that every potential player can see exactly how you operate. You may be able to delete internal records, but you cannot delete the truth. I will keep the pressure on until you do the right thing and pay what is rightfully mine Hey Olle,It’s interesting that you mention account closures, because I’ve experienced the exact same situation on other platforms like Stake. When they identified an issue, they acted with integrity: they blocked the account, but they still paid out my $6,000 in winnings. This proves that a legitimate casino doesn't need to steal from its players to survive. The difference is clear: Stake chose transparency; BitStarz chooses theft.Do you want the proofs? I have them. I am already documenting this entire ordeal on my public thread, which has already surpassed 6,000 views. This is just the beginning. I have no intention of stopping, and I will continue to expose your predatory practices and ruin your reputation every single day until my $28,000 is released. The community sees exactly what you are doing. You’re not protecting your platform; you’re destroying your own credibility.Have a good night

BitStarz stole $28,119 and their own support signed the confession. Read this before they reply.
Ok before BitStarz copy-paste their usual reply under this, please just read what their OWN agents told me. I have all the transcripts saved. Here is what happened.May 18 2026, around 2am I deposited 0.27 ETH. The Welcome Bonus 100% got credited automatically to my account. I played, completed the full wager x40, all 10.8 ETH out of 10.8 ETH required. The system literally said "Wager Done". I won around $30,009 on fortune of olympus I requested a withdrawal of $28,119.73 at 03:53. Few minutes later: status "Canceled". Account blocked. Money gone. They "refunded" my initial deposit of $571.98 and kept the rest. So basically they stole $27,547 from me.Their reason? Two clauses :3.1 account linked via IP/device3.10 bet more than $5 during bonus wagerSounds fair on paper right? Wait until you read what their support told me afterwards.First thing their agent Peter told me when i asked if my account is fraudulent :"There was nothing fraudulent."So... no fraud. But you keep my 28k anyway ? Based on what exactly ?Then i asked him : if i had lost everything instead of winning, would you have refunded my deposit because of those same clause breaches ?His exact answer : "No, as we would not have reviewed your account without a withdrawal being made."Read that twice. They literally admit the rules only get checked when you win. If you lose, those same "violations" magically dont exist. So its not a security rule, its just a trigger to keep your money when you win. Then i pushed more : if my IP is really linked and dangerous, can i redeposit and play tomorrow ?His answer : "You can deposit and play yes, there are no more welcome offers that will add to your account."So my IP is "fraudulent" on day 1, blocked, money confiscated... but the same IP is totally fine on day 2 to redeposit. Same device. Same person. Same everything. Only thing that changed : no more winnings to steal.Tell me how that makes any sense.About the $5 max bet rule (3.10) :Their platform let me bet $21 per spin while the bonus was active. No popup. No block. No warning. Nothing. Every casino i ever played enforces the max bet technically, the spin button just wont go above the limit. BitStarz doesn't. They let you bet whatever, then use it against you at cashout. Convenient. If they really wanted to protect players from breaching that rule, they would block the bet. They don't block it on purpose, because the breach is what allows them to steal at the end.About the IP rule (3.1) :If my IP was really blocked, my deposit should have been refused immediately. Instead :Deposit accepted ✅Bonus credited automatically ✅10.8 ETH of wager fully tracked ✅"Wager Done" displayed ✅Problem "discovered"... only at cashout ❌Either their KYC doesnt work (then its not my fault), or it works fine and they activate it on purpose only when there is money to take. There is no other explanation possible. And the regulator ?BitStarz is licensed by Curaçao. I tried to send my complaint there. It bounced back. Mailbox FULL. Server error : 554 5.2.2 mailbox full.So the regulator that's supposed to protect players literally cant receive emails anymore. And BitStarz still tells players to contact them. They know. What BitStarz will probably reply to this review :"Please contact our support" → already done, your agent Peter said it all"You breached terms 3.1 and 3.10" → your own agent said there was no fraud, make up your mind"Decision is final" → final based on what, since your agent admits no fraud ?"Contact the Curaçao regulator" → their inbox is full, you know it"Each case is reviewed individually" → reviewed how, since Peter said no review happens unless someone tries to withdraw ?Whatever they write here will contradict what their own staff already wrote to me. Anyone reading this will see it.To anyone thinking of playing here :Please dont take the Welcome Bonus. Its not a promotion. Its a trap that activates only when you win. You can do everything right, follow every rule, complete the full wager, see "Wager Done" on your screen, and still lose everything because they will find a retroactive excuse at cashout.I have :All screenshots timestampedFull chat transcripts with Josie, Nova, Lucy and PeterTransaction history exportedThe Curaçao bounce mail savedComplaints filed on AskGamblers and Casino GuruOne last thing :I'm currently building threads on social media with all the proof side by side. Every screenshot, every chat, every contradiction everything is here : @headzup6This wont disappear quietly. Every future player searching "BitStarz" before depositing will land on this.1 star because Trustpilot doesnt allow 0.

Warning scamming
BitStarz is a structural trap Shocking proofs leaking on gambler groups Shocking screenshots and forensic proofs are currently going viral across several gambler groups and forums, and it’s an absolute disgrace for BitStarz. A player just dropped undeniable proof showing exactly how this casino confiscated a Max Win of over $30,000 under the cheap, post-hoc excuse of "multi-accounting."Everyone in the community is losing their minds over the blatant hypocrisy of their platform: when it comes to accepting your crypto deposits and letting you wager for hours, there are absolutely zero barriers. Their system stays completely silent and happily takes your money, even validating the player's wager progress to 100%. But the exact second the player tries to withdraw their massive win, a manager manually steps in to override the system, cancel the payout, and steal the funds using a hidden rule. Also, notice how pathetic their reputation management is: literally every single time someone posts a legitimate 1-star review here, 2 or 3 fake positive reviews magically appear minutes later to drown it out and hide the truth. They are actively manipulating their Trustpilot rating in real-time.The ultimate proof of their predatory bad faith? They stole the $30k in winnings, but they returned the initial deposit and left the account wide open so the player could keep gambling! If this user was a real "fraudster," any legitimate casino would ban them permanently. Leaving the account open proves they only weaponize their rules when they have to pay out.Answer to olle : Olle, are you completely delusional? I am Ryan, and I have absolutely no idea who this 'Tim' person is. Your paranoia is actually getting embarrassing at this point. Is inventing secret identities for your reviewers your new strategy to avoid paying out legitimate winnings?Instead of playing Sherlock Holmes and fabricating wild conspiracy theories to discredit me, you should probably check the gambler forums and groups right now. There is a massive viral thread exposing your exact manipulation tactics: your system silently pockets crypto deposits but manually triggers 'multi-accounting' excuses the exact second someone wins big. Also, take a look at the other reviews posted these past few days. I am far from the only one reporting that you are refusing to pay out players. The screenshots are out, the forensic proof is leaking, and your pathetic attempt to gaslight me here won't change the fact that BitStarz is being exposed as a structural trap. Keep trying to change the subject, the community is watching and we are all sharing the same experiences

SCAM CASINO
SCAM CASINO. They canceled a €1500 legitimate winning using fake bonus excuses. On top of that, they STOLE €100 of my real deposit. I deposited €200 total (I have the official bank TRNs), but they only credited €100 and refused to return the rest. Do not trust this casino, they steal players' real money!"

BitStarz confiscated €30,000 of my…
BitStarz confiscated €30,000 of my legitimately won money. That is not a misunderstanding — it is the business model.I deposited my own cash, played, won. The instant I requested a withdrawal, the account was frozen and the balance was wiped. The "justifications" that followed are a masterclass in bad faith:1) Bonus trap by design. The Welcome Bonus is silently injected on deposit. No opt-in, no confirmation, no warning. The player never explicitly accepts anything — the casino simply attaches bonus rules to your funds in the background, then waits. The day you win big, those invisible rules become the weapon used to seize your money. This is not a T&C, this is a snare.2) The "max bet rule" excuse. They invoked a maximum bet restriction tied to that ghost bonus I never accepted, never saw flagged during play, and was never warned about. A rule the player is structurally prevented from knowing about cannot, in any honest reading, justify confiscating €30,000. The pattern is the product. Losing players are pampered. Winning players are processed. While the house is ahead, BitStarz is your friend. The instant you actually win, an automated machine mines your history for any clause — however obscure, however auto-applied, however unfair — to declare your winnings void. Heads they win, tails you lose. This is a player who deposited real money, won fairly, offered every verification possible, and was stripped of €30,000 behind contradictory excuses. Play here only if you are certain you will lose. The moment you win, BitStarz stops being a casino and becomes a collection agency working against you. UPDATE Reply to Olle:Olle, you give a fine speech about "personal accountability" while carefully avoiding every uncomfortable question. Let's go through your reply in order, since you enjoy handing out lessons. On your multi-accounting accusation:If you were truly convinced this account violated your rules, explain publicly to Trustpilot readers why:Your systems validated my KYC without a single alert.Your systems accepted my deposit without any block.Your systems let me play for hours without any intervention.Your systems auto-applied a bonus I never requested and never opted in to.Your own human support agent, Nova, manually approved my wager AFTER the max win.Five steps. Five chances to stop me. Five failures on your side or five deliberate choices to wait until I won. Pick your version, Olle, because both are damaging. On your condescending tone:You blame a player for misreading your rules in an industry where T&Cs run 40 pages, where bonuses are silently applied without explicit consent, and where your own agents manually approve actions that supposedly violate those very rules. I'll take your lesson in accountability the day you start enforcing your own rules BEFORE taking my money, not after. On your "ChatGPT" attack:Nice rhetorical pivot to dodge the substance. You still haven't answered a single one of the five operational points above. Attack the form all you want the core stands, and every reader sees it.What happens next:— Formal complaint filed against Gareton B.V. with the Curaçao Gaming Authority (license OGL/2024/165/0185), full screenshots attached.— Public cases opened on AskGamblers and CasinoGuru.— Full dossier handed to crypto-casino streamers and influencers I'm in contact with, plus r/onlinegambling, Bitcointalk, CasinoMeister and the iGaming press.— This Trustpilot review stays live. Every reply you post gets attached to the file and amplified.I'm not going anywhere, Olle. Every channel, every day, until this is resolved. Now listen carefully, Olle.If you genuinely believe that after confiscating $28,000 with a post-hoc fabricated excuse, I'm going to just swallow it and move on, you picked the wrong person. I'm not the kind of player who shuts up. I'm not the kind of player who forgets. I'm not the kind of player who lets himself get walked on because a Curaçao-licensed casino thinks it's untouchable. You took that money betting I would give up. Bad bet. I'm going to put in the time, the energy and the visibility this requires every day, every week, every month if I have to. Regulator, mediators, forums, iGaming press, social media: every channel is going to get this file, with every piece of evidence, and every future player who types "BitStarz" into Google is going to land on this story. That $28,000 is coming back to me. One way or another through your regulator, through the mediators, or through the cost you're about to pay in reputation, open complaint files, public responses you'll be forced to issue, and every player who reads this and decides never to deposit. Do the math, Olle. This isn't a threat. It's arithmetic.Your move.

Avoid BitStarz Casino at all costs.
Avoid BitStarz Casino at all costs.I was travelling in Ireland for work and signed up while there. During registration, they asked for absolutely NOTHING except my email address. No ID, no proof of address, no residency verification — nothing. They happily accepted my crypto deposit of £300 without any checks whatsoever.I then managed to win around $5,700 USD. The second I tried to withdraw my winnings, everything changed.Suddenly they started demanding documents, proof of address, bank statements, and personal information that they never asked for before taking my money. I provided everything they requested, only to then receive an email saying they would NOT pay my winnings because I was a UK resident and had “breached” their terms. How is that MY breach when they never verified anything before accepting my deposit? If residency was such an important rule, why was I allowed to register, deposit, and gamble in the first place? They are more than happy to take your money instantly, but the moment you win, they look for excuses not to pay. In my opinion, this is completely unfair and deceptive behaviour.I have evidence and emails for everything I’m saying. Please be careful and stay away from this casino unless you want to risk losing both your money and your winnings.

First, don't listen to other reviews, found out they are paid bots. First they literally ate 500-600e, while trying multiple games. Then they give you some piggiez garbage, idk, since it is useless, played more than 50 times - didn't win anything once, just some more of their "fake" coins. Okay, they gave back half of the deposits, and then collapse. They locked my winnings to 20e per bet (doesn't natter if I played 10 cents, 1e, 5e). I was dumb enough to go all in and lost 1500€ in two days. Since I have been waiting for their piggiez garbage (believing I might get some rakeback, the next morning went to login, but guess what, they disabled my account... Hope no one flals for this scam. STAY AWAY from these frauds!

I deposited a lot of money on Bitstarz Casino and had no issues depositing, but when I finally tried to withdraw my winnings, the problems started. They asked me for ID, address proof, and bank/statement verification. I submitted everything they requested, but my withdrawal kept getting cancelled again and again.Every time I sent new documents, they would ask for something else or reject the verification without properly explaining why. It felt like they were delaying the process and making it extremely difficult to cash out my money. After so many failed attempts and constant cancellations, I became frustrated and ended up cancelling the withdrawal myself. Very disappointing experience. Players should be careful and understand the withdrawal verification process before depositing large amounts.

The Blackjack game that is the very first option under Table Games is probably one of the biggest Rip-Offs I have ever seen in my entire life. Mainly due to the fact that every time you hit on 12, 13, or 14, you Bust. And by every time, I mean EVERY TIME. Don't worry though, the dealer isn't affected by it. If you are skeptical, I recommend going to see it for yourself, it's so bad.

Olli let's here your response! 🤣 We comin 4 ya
Not impressed in the least ..I signed up for this site cause a friend recommended it to me knowing I play at ALOT of crypto casinos...I was ample, and bought 50 bux worth of bitcoin on-site which was smooth. Fair enough. Got a 100% bonus so my funds to start were about 114 bux in BTC...as per usual in the scamming algorithm sites, I won a bit on the first bonus I played...great right? Not exactly...from that bonus to zero they rinsed my balance...no wins of any kind in any game..buy a 25 bonus, win 1.26...buy a 20 bonus, win back 3 bux...buy a 60 bonus, win back less than 3 bux...what a fkn joke...same as the rest of the rinser casinos. They say fair probable play cause like the rest they use 'random number generators'...but as the code was disected during play, the algorithm is written the same as stake and cryptorino and 7bit and wild.io ect...all the same claims, all the same or similar code..."take their money" is the translation...now set all those facts aside, let's talk bonuses again. I deposited 50 bux and received about 64 in bonus funds...how special right? Not really...cause in order to cash out even a dollar of your deposit with a bonus attached, the player has to play thru it 40x! The highest of any crypto casino I've ever played...and I'm no amateur I've played 100's....40x🤣 so in order for me to cash anything out after the bonus was given, I had to play thru about 2300 dollars, on a 50 deposit...so if you dep 100, you gonna have to play over 5000 bux to cash out...there is a probability factor of ZERO % chance anyone will play thru that to reach the withdrawal phase...as with many other online, offshore (most likely registered in curaquo, the primetime scam central of the crypto world) casinos, trustpilot may claim otherwise, but there are most definitely paid bot reviews on this site...so whoever the olli character is that responds, address that too, as well as all my other accusations...which are probable and correct...I only lost 50 bux here...which wasn't a loss at all, just more research to prove how these supposedly fair casinos aren't actually fair at all...a RNG isn't random anymore, when an algorithm controls it 1.....and 2, the RTP function is assigned by the game creator and should not be allowed to be changed or tampered with..well, the function is written to be changeable in this sites code...hence, anyone ever cashout a decent chunk and get wrecked the following dozen or so deposits? That's not bad luck...or coincidence...it's the casino recovering the funds...these casinos never ever lose money..they shift it...so if one player wins big and takes it, the algorithm rinses the other players until that money is recovered by the casino..they never lose a dollar...they have a banner running thru the home page of recent wins, pretty damn good wins too...20k, 16k, 35k ect...don't get your hopes up...cause that's all money the algorithm is going to need to recover for bitstarz...as it's coded to never have red numbers on its balance sheet...so, in short, play wherever and whatever you want to play...just don't expect to ever win...I didn't get anywhere close to the withdrawal stage of this site, but I have heard personally from people and read on here and many threads on many sites, this place makes it as difficult as possible to withdrawal...I will never know cause the 50 I donated is all they will ever see...well, that, and arbitration paperwork at some point...cause what they don't realize, is jurisdiction for a few agencies never spoken about appreciate the leads given to drown out another curaquo based casinos...if you don't believe me, shoot over to Google and read a hit about stake.us🤣 cause here's the thing about money none of these scammers seem to realize...it has no borders of jurisdiction...and it ALWAYS has a trail that's impossible to hide...so Ollie or Olli whoever you are, tell me one thing I've stated here that is false...just one thing...you cant...but if you try, I'll update this review with our private TG channel which you can ask to join and if we let you in it has all the receipts and proof of everything I have claimed here...as I'm not a bitter or angry gambler...Im part of AnonymousWEB3. A movement that takes great pride in putting thieves where they belong.*edit- had to remove the end of review to fit this. 1st, every word is spaced on my end🤷. 2nd, I wasn’t saying yall work together, I was saying your algorithm code is written the same to rinse players. 3rd, can you post a link to the 3 audits(this answer will be no) 4th, you didn’t answer or address any of my actual questions and concerns 5th, my bad, the amount was 114. Playthru around 2200. Regardless, 2000 is insanity on $50 and 40x is not the norm. 6th & most important, if so legit, why are you registered in Curaquo? The scam capitol of the world…

BitStarz blocked my withdrawal and confiscated winnings after allowing deposits
I had a very disappointing experience with BitStarz.I deposited and played normally on their platform without any warning or restriction. My balance reached approximately $4,130.However, when I tried to withdraw my winnings, my account was suddenly flagged as a duplicate linked to an old self-excluded account. This was never enforced or mentioned at the time of deposit.BitStarz allowed me to deposit and play freely, but only applied this rule at the withdrawal stage, which is very unfair and misleading. As a result, they confiscated all my winnings and only returned my last deposit. If my account was truly restricted, I should not have been allowed to deposit or play at all. This experience has damaged my trust in the platform. I advise others to be cautious.I have full evidence including chat logs and transaction history.
