BitStarz - Closed account for no reason

I deposited 4 times to that site. At my first 3 deposit i lost, when i win at 4th one they closed my account saying "linked to some other account". I never used that site before. I joined there with friend suggestion. They dont even say anything. I am asking them "how could you linked me with some other person?" there are no answers.
